Do you get both hairstyles with Lightnings/Snows costume set?

They both include "Modern Aesthetics - Pulse" but I want to make sure.

I'd assume so, seeing as the event gave both, except you can only see the hair depending on your gender. Not sure how the outfits work when its not from the event, but you can trade in one for the other at a npc. Then again, you might only get one because...$$$

Yep, should be the same npc you can exchange other event items for the opposite gender one.

Also, took a look at the mogstation just now.

"Using the included item Modern Aesthetics - Pulse will grant you both the Lightning hairstyle for female characters and the Snow hairstyle for male characters."
