Just like a healer not dealing dmg doesn't affect other players unless the dps isn't doing their job, it was an example btw. All it means is people can do what they want regardless of who it does or doesn't affect because it's free will, that's why if a player is affecting the whole group you can kick them/or leave.

So remind exactly why you have a problem with rewarding healers who DO DPS? Because if you have no problem I'm not sure why you're arguing on this thread.
