Will we ever be able to add our alts on same account to each other's Friend List?

Would be nice so when I make gear for my alt that I could just mail the character the stuff directly. Much better than having to go to an FC chest for deposit/withdrawal or have to send it to a third party, both which have their own risks.

I'm not talking about shared retainers, which for some reason that gets lost in translation and the Japanese devs think that's what asked. I'm just asking if it'd be nice to be able to add the characters as friends so I can move gear/items around which would be no different than sending it to another person.

But apparently that would allow more RMT activity. Because it's so well handled, right?

Because adding a Tenant is through the Friends List, so that would solve it too.

Kinda upsetting how those that are Legacy or those that pay $15 a month for the 8 characters per server can't even add each other to the friends list.

I agree I would love to be able to add my alts to my friend list and share my house with my alts.

I think it should be okay for characters on the same world. Like all, your adamantoise alts can share with each other and you balmung alts can share, but Balmung and Adamantoise still cant exchange with each other.

This is exactly what I'm referring to. It'd be no different then friending someone else on the same server. I still don't know why devs are adamant against it, when I can still transfer items to alts through a more annoying process.

They claim its to stop RMT abuse, but they already use Free Companies for it hahah.
