Bolded and underlined for you the problem with NA/EU.
Oh I wasn't saying anything against the proposal, not at all!

I was only stating how NA attitudes so easily seem to allow bad playing simply slip by and the fact that this kind of suggestion had to be made in order to try and remedy this. I've been given helpful advice and read guides and made suggestions to others, it's not that difficult. There's a set rotation for a reason.

There's a couple of factors I also think contribute to this whole mess: People who are new to MMOs picking a difficult class to play properly as their first and people FATE grinding instead of getting legitimate dungeon experience. For the problem with class, maybe upon character creation there could be a difficulty rating. As for the FATE grinding, there isn't much we can do about that as those FATE grinders will have to do dungeons in order to access new content and unleash themselves onto unsuspecting players. Because hey, as we are aware FATEs are completely different than a dungeon group that requires structure.

I main a WHM and my significant other tanks ( all three, he just randomly picks one ) and we do dungeons together because at least we're pretty confident in each other to keep the group alive so this is as close to a "clique" as we got.

Personally, a huge part of the problem I think is also our culture. "Everyone gets a trophy" but in actuality nobody wins. With a mindset like that, why bother trying to improve?

Oh sorry, it's hard to convey tone via text. I agree with what you've written and the major problem I think beyond that is identifying that the individual needs help. Asking for segmentation is great and all at this point but we can clearly see the issues with it too, leaving it there is mainly up for suggestion at this point and in consideration if it is read by someone relevant to implement this.

Most people don't get to the understanding point and won't ever look up a rotation as such people as suggested, they don't "need" to in order to clear the content. Self-liability and responsibility of pushing up a 50% maximum DPS rate isn't held accountable for in NA and that lies in a whole myriad of problems which have been discussed to death.

I run DF content nearly exclusively solo queued. People make out lower skilled groups to be far worse than they really are. Queue with friends or FC members if it bothers you so much. Only leveling roulette forces randoms on you.....

This is only bad idea to me because this is totally uncalled for.
Seems like a waste of resources and time. With idea's like these, I wonder if DF is really
that God awful to some of you people. In all my 3 yeas I have exp maybe
less than 10 TERRIBLE DF runs. I go into DF without feeling stressed our graded by my performance when hell, imo,
almost all the crap in DF is faceroll easy.

EDIT: And like the person above me said, I run content solo. Almost ALWAYS, I rarely
team up with anyone else, if I do, it's maybe 1 other person.

That's the same thing though. The only reason why they're bad is because of the bad players lol.
As the other person said, it's most likely because they're lazy and not popping cooldowns
or using rotations. Admittedly, you don't need to go full force on 4man but since the HP is so high in the latest dungeons
it takes more time if you don't.

Most of the time it is not bad players it is just lazy dps. In most of my runs I like to check the dps gear. Heck most have full 230-240 and some savage gear. But not breaking 800 dps.

Wepping city for example. My friend is cheking all the Alliances dps and no one is near 800 dps. He then shouts "Let the dps race begin" and THEN you start seeing 2 or 3 players breaking 1k. It leaves me wondering why don't they do that in the first place? I got my answr.. becuase 600 dps is enough to clear content they say

I blame Netflix. I seen a few people admit that they watch a movie or do something else while they play because they think the game is so easy that they don't even need to try very hard. And people wonder why we have wipes on the easiest things.

Yup I find this to be the case too, to be pulling 200-600 dps you have to actually be avoiding doing anything and are probably alt-tabbed out doing something else.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence but none of the posters you listed have their profile set to an EU server. Perhaps this is a bigger issue in NA? Personally I don't even remember the last time someone was performing so badly we couldn't complete the duty in DF content. That's why I find the suggestion in this thread totally unnecessary and bound to encourage competition instead of cooperation (think of tanks ignoring aggro and just doing dps or healers ignoring % mitigation so they get higher hps). You can have it on NA servers but I'd like it kept out of mine.
