If people still complaining about it that frequently and asking for a solution, that's not so rarely.

Wrong it is rare and the confirmation bias people seem to experience due to their self inflated ego's is rampent in this thread.

"Oh that kill took a bt longer than last time, dps must be a bad", "Oh I've gotz no casters but will pull massive pack after massive pack and pay no regard to the TP of the dps. Hmm second pack took longer to kill than last time. DPS must be a bad". Blah blah blah repeat ad infinutim. That is the crap people are experiencing more often than not, not "lolz 200 deepz BLM derp".

I've had dps partners doing their rotaion decently but their gear wasn't great so it certainly felt like it was taking a while to kill things... Guess they are bads too since I doubt you even factor that into your equation of adequate performace.
