You might sit there with a paraser in a dungeon and if they aren't hitting 1800 dps you consider them below you and slowing down the run.

The discussion is not about people doing less than that 1800 DPS expample. The discussion is about people doing way less than the half of it. FYI: The half of 1800 is 900. That would be ok. But gimping around 100-600 is just bad, not even trying, AFK. People performing this bad are not respecting the other people in the party.
