    1) Chance for the room chest to actually be a mimic initiating a boss fight where the mimic eats people, attacks with money, drops bait loot in its aoes, etc.
    2) Gold Saucer version, giving out MGP instead of Gil, and dropping Gold Saucer Minions/Glamours.

    Or even harder bosses that are rehash. If it's too much effort to design something from the ground up, and I can see that being the case for this, at least dig out different bosses from previous encounters. Could even recycle coil bosses toned down and this would be great.

    The Aquapolis is my favorite piece of content since ARR. I would love to see it expanded on. My suggestions besides what others have discussed (I agree more bosses than Arges, mimics, and puzzles would all be fun) are,
    • A return of Ragtime Mouse I think would fit perfectly and be fun. He could show up "in" a treasure chest and asks you a question about the game. If you answer right you get extra loot, if not you get nothing from that chest.
    • Environmental hazards like a room with the moving disc AoE that appear in Sycus Tower, a room with morbol seeds like from AV that drop from the ceiling throughout the fight, a room with randomly generated monster buff zones like Hullbreaker HM, etc.

    I can agree more bosses would be nice and I would even be for a trap once in awhile. Say chance that the wrong door will (for the rest of the run) cus all max HP to 50%. Perhaps even taking a step from the Battle Arena in 7 where each floor a random effect will be in place for that floor.

    Additional Troll doors. Like the door doing the opening animation, then just slamming shut right before the cutscene ends. Or the rainbow door starting up then just giving a sad sound and doing nothing.

    Considering there are quite a few different mobs, they are really all the same... aoe until they die, repeat. I'd like to see some rooms be something different, maybe one room could be a "Anyway the Wind Blows" type encounter, where it's rng but you need one person to survive to the end to continue. Can imagine a scenario where all except one person get blown off on the first blast and cheering on your lone teammate to try and stay alive til the end. Or maybe you enter the room and you have 30 secs to complete something, maybe a jumping puzzle. I like the Ragtime Mouse idea too

    really anything except the repeating aoe, guess, aoe, guess routine

    Should make fake doors have a chance to spawn in a couple bosses and when they are dead the door opens.
