When you finish it, you can use crystal sands to redistribute stats.

1 crystal sand = 3 point. No umbrite needed.

As Blitz said, you can only redo your points once the relic is done so if you screwed up now, you'll have to wait till the relic is done.

can i adjust only the points i dont want or is it all reset?

You can adjust anything you want depending on how much crystal sand you have. 1 sand is 3 points, so you can remove up to 3 points and put them in another stat for example.
