    Will ready-to-harvest plants in the garden still intercross with newly planted seeds?

    I didn't have time to harvest my Glazenuts or Chives yesterday. They're all ready now - I harvested the glazenuts. Can I plant new glazenuts next to the ready-to-harvest chives to get an intercross?

    They will cross, and it's how I ran my grow-ops. Instead of harvesting the whole garden then starting with an empty garden, I would harvest and replant one crop, then do the same for the other.
