Beautiful long dress

Hi,

Iv seen a lot of girls trying to fusion a summer dress with a long skirt to do a long dress.

Well , the result isn't so good.

I start to think we need a dress of this style for girls by exemple :

Well, we already have several long dresses... but they're more old-fashioned in style (there's the late 1700's Riviera Dress for one, the Regency-era inspired Spring Dress and Skirt, the late Victorian era inspired Rainbow Bustle/High House Bustle... and the three wedding dresses).

Sadly, nothing that looks like the dress shown in that link you posted exists in the game, but, the Spring Skirt matched with.. say... the miqo'te chemise dyed Pure White might be closest to a more modern sheer length gown.

Im agree its sad and do know there is a noble dress , 3 weeding dresses with 1 or 2 can be dyed in another color etc.

But I see poor girls trying to do a type of dress like Luna's dress , the dress in the link i gave

You'll probably never see a tight skirt like that because of the crazy clipping literally any time the character moved their legs. Fuller skirts are one thing, but the sort you've posted are designed to restrict movement, making it impossible to be active like the WOL has to be. The closest we're likely to see are skirts slit up the side, or partially open in front like the spring dress.

I love the Rainbow Bustle and Riviera Dress. They are very old fashioned, but that's what I like about them. The flair of the current dresses is needed to prevent clipping, but there are still so many dress styles that can be implemented. If they could give the option to hide other gear slots in the same way arms and headgear are, I think they could get away with slightly more form fitting skirts and dresses.

Am I pushing it asking for high heels too?

Even basic running and walking animations would make such a tight dress impossible unless they were to go add modified animations specifically for dresses of that type. And we already have plenty of footwear with high-heels unless you're specifically referring to something closer to pumps or really high heels in the vein of 8-inch stilettos*.

*And do consider that high-heeled footwear wouldn't increase your character's height. In FFXIV high-heeled shoes shorten your character's legs in order to keep you from getting taller and possibly screwing with a bunch of animations.
