What they need to do is make the normal version of the fights tuned down versions of the EX fight. Currently, the normal and EX mode of primals barely reflect one another. Someone who has cleared normal Nighogg or normal Seph will still have no idea what to expect in the savage version of the fights. That's really terrible for anyone who wants to learn these fights outside of a static; which can be hard to come by.

It would mean harder normal versions, but only a bit harder. Jumping up to the savage version of a primal fight should mean super harsh punishments for not following mechanics; instead it means learning completely new mechanics.
