I think I read they are looking at modifying the stats. Don't drop it just yet... even if it does look like Ifrit's dild..oh....

SE has been d!cking around with the idea of giving players who pay to pay through the Seventh Umbral Era a little reward in an exclusive and unique mount. In their experimentations, they created displays of players riding several different species of mob. One of them was an ahriman.

That's about as deep as it goes; and yet people are ... well, look around. I hope that adorable new reindeer suit is flame retardant.

I don't believe that only those who will pay through the Seventh Umbral will be exclusive to flying mounts. They might be the first to get the mounts but if flying mounts will be implemented, then sooner or later everyone will get mounts regardless if they played through the Seventh Umbral Era.

Then don't pay and wait for 2.0? I for one am happy with the (admittedly minimal) content we currently have. I still have 2 Ifrit weapons to obtain, stronghold gear and NM's to obtain/down, and 3 more classes to take to 50.

And by the time I get anywhere close to finishing all that, 1.21 will come out, putting more on my plate.
