    Deep Aquapolis

    Works like normal Aquapolis but killing trolls creates portals when you open the chests.

    Once you enter a portal you go down to harder chest room floors.

    Killing goblins increases il level cap for the dungeon by 10.

    Everytime you go down a floor the item level/level of enemies will increase by 30.
    180->210->240.

    Rewards will be different/ better when you explore harder floors.

    Going down floors places you in the same room.
    F1/Room7=B1/Room7=B2/Room7

    Portals are optional and will disappear when you try to open a door.

    Dragonskin maps no longer open portals straight to the Aquapolis instead drop items in the loot pool called "Aetherial Teleporter:Aquapolis". Once used as a item can teleport everyone within the same zone to the Aquapolis. Allowing small groups to farm dragonskin maps to obtain the Aetherial Teleporter:Aquapolis. Aetherial Teleporter's can be found in other maps and be sold on the market board.

    Too hard.

    Gates players who don't have raid tier or upgraded tomestone gear.

    Too much RNG.

    People will be selective of the classes they want.

    If we have to do all this work just to get a harder Aquapolis, the rewards better be worth it or I won't bother.

    shrug* it makes it last longer before people get bored. You know in this game some insane person would get to floor 21 by the first week...

    I want an endless aquap, like just let the floors keep going with increasing difficulty and better rewards the farther I go, n like every 7 floors u get the 100k gil. Maybe after floor 14 the rng drops too 25%, then 10% at 21. 28 could be the last normal floor, then on 29 it's a survival mode with waves of mobs n if you survive u get to go to floor 30 where it's just a massive loot room filled with chests n each player gets to pick their own chest to open. That would be cool I think.

    The great thing about this content is the fact it can be an FC event which due to RNGeebus (All praise them and their randomb factor tractor) can either get you to floor 7 twice in one night or see your group blow 10 maps and get in 2 or 3 times.
    It doesn't need changes. It's a nice inclusive piece of content that doesn't need the best gear to take part in.

    Probably for the best that actual gear is never included in the Aquapolis, deeper or no. It really is a nice inclusive bit of content that you can drag anyone around to do, and the rewards kept to non-progressive items means the place will always be relevant in some fashion.

    That said 7 floors is good, very good. There's a level of enjoyment that they hit just right with fighting RNG just getting to a 7th floor. It's a distance, but not overwhelming. Even if you only hit the 6th floor it's not nearly as disheartening as it would be if there were 100. Keeps a limit on what to expect and it feels good.

    A deeper level for the truly masochistic to seek out wouldn't be a bad idea, though. Just no changes to where the current is now outside of loot updates in the future.

    I'm all for anything that would make aquapolis not boring.
    But that would require SE to actually put work developping their content. Not gonna happen.
