I never leveled Dragoon higher than 20 in ffxi, but I loved the wyvern. In fact, it was the only reason that I opened the class. FFIV is my favorite ff in the series (1st that I played, so I am partial to it), so I know Kain didn't have a wyvern. However, if you play FF games then you know the lore and stories change for every game. If they added wyverns to 14, I would enjoy it but only if it makes sense with the story line.
