Server Transfer Problemns and Questions

I bought Final Fantasy XIV and Expansion during the summer promotion in STEAM

After waiting 3 days to transfer my server character to play with my friends the option is not available. Some friends tolde me that i have to wait the 30 Free Days end to transfer my character. I would like to know If I would have to wait the 30 days free of my account? To renew the payment and to transfer or the option will appear at some point.

I don't believe you have to wait 30 days, if you've activated the game (put in the code) then being on the free 30 days should be sufficient. You can view the full transfer requirements at:

But you said "the option is not available", are you looking on the MogStation? As far as I know the option is always there, it just tells you if you're not eligible when you start to use it (I haven't personally ever done a world transfer though).
