Weird Glitching

I've noticed for quite some time, just never reported it. When running around near the marketboard in the Lavender Beds housing area I noticed that my character and character name randomly glitches, kinda like an instant jolt to the right and then back to normal. It's only like one or two frames worth of a glitch, but it happens a lot if you run from the steps to the marketboard and back.

I've managed to reproduce the glitch every day this week prior to posting this.

Also, my connection is perfectly fine, made sure to check off that possibility as well.
