GM's,

The quest "Do it for Gilly" is not appearing at the npc who is supposed to initiate the quest, "Notrelchamps" for my character whose name is "Silk Sthalagat".

I have met all the prerequisites such as completing the quest "Heavensward" and obtaining an item level of 145 or higher.

Please fix this bug as timely as possible as I can not do level 60 dailies until this bug on my character is resolved.
