    How to obtain housing legaly?

    I noticed that buying a house from players is against the ToS so because of the huge use of houses and lack of plots how does a new FC obtain one at this time? Is it just a waiting game for a plot to get demolished and check them daily or what? we got a the Gil to cover it but I wanted to know what is the recomended way to obtain houses if buying from another player is banned now.....

    That'd be it. You wait for someone to randomly decide to demolish their plot or wait until 45 days after 3.35 hits (when they supposedly reactivate the auto-demolish feature).

    I was looking for more information about housing too and I found my own guild leader thread here.
