Veto One Dungeon in Each Roulette

People already wait 30+ minutes, and upwards to an hour, for some current dungeons and content. Why should it matter if you might have to wait 42 minutes to do Aethero cause half the game population of Aether have Veto'd it?

Because it's a required dungeon to progress the story...
