Dual wield when?

because he's looking for a class that equips a weapon in the offhand...which would be terrible

1 weapon for both hans > 2 weapons :

why i need to farm this trial twice? while others get the drop once and are done? D: UNFAIR !

or the other side he can get the main hand (all dmg is based around that) for way less tomes than others! unfair!
