Dual wield when?

Never. There is no such thing as "proper" dual wielding. If you look historically - back when they actually used swords, axes, etc. to fight - nobody ever[*] used two weapons at once. When possible weapon+shield or (rarely) a 2h-weapon was much preferred.


[*] There is actually one well-known exception. The use of rapier+dagger was not uncommon during the renaissance, but that is just about the only historically documented occurence of using two weapons at once.

Yeah cuz youtube is true.

For many reason duel weild was never used and the major one is that peeple are too tight in a battlefield to use them. Poeple often had no idea who they killed with their weapon.

I don't mean it was never used by anyone. Of course assassin used dual kama in asia. But Dual weild is really a minority in real life compared to what you see in MMO.

I mean you could argue that "forks" were used as weapon, its probably even more popular then any kind of dual weilding ever been.
