It's because people believe SE will see people saying "i will pay money if you add this!" and then add it.

Why does it always has to be through Mogstation with some people... Instead start asking to get those through quests in game instead of always wanting to pay more for stuff that would be better as rewards for side quests...

It's not that everyone wants things to go automatically through the cash shops. They are just asking for the NPC outfits in the way that SE has been continually releasing the previous outfits. Yes, cash shop sucks but it's here to stay and you should /deal with it. We all can bemoan the fact that SE keeps using it as their practically sole way of releasing content and people buy things from it but why waste the effort? SE will never change what they will do with the cash shop. Ever.

Person wants NPC outfits and yes, I hope they release more. Still always hate how expensive it is.

So yeah, let's repeat this again:
SE will always release items like this to the cash shop first rather than make a quest line for it. It's extra money they want. It's not because of dev resources or anything like that. It's the money.

Do both, maybe achievement/loot related like optional EX mode trial/hard mode dungeon loot chance and also mogstation. It would need to be outside of normal mode story trial/dungeons hence hard mode and EX modes though else invalidates the mogstation route for SE...you may or may not care about but mogstation helps fund SE and by proxy future content too so I think that is also a valid route for SE on these things which are nothing more than glamours. I personally do not tend to buy anything from mogstation but I have nothing against SE putting things in there as long as what goes in remains vanity/glamour things only.

Mog Station or a quest is fine. But please, enough achievement loot. Look at the Astrope and the PvP achievements, they need some ridiculous exorbitant number to achieve...
