100,000 gil from a levequest

A few people have recently obtained the highest gil reward achievement http://www.ffxivpro.com/achievement/540

Any thoughts how to achieve this? My guess is somethign to do with leve evaluations. Try having 8 differnt tiles, and perhaps make sure that all of them have high gill rewards (e.g. 12,500 K or more) in the hopes that 8 will cumulate into a 100K + leve on evaluation?

I think that overall like you did 500 leves and you gain 100k from all 500 put together.

It's not, it's from a single leve quest. I have the one where you earn 50k in a single one, but that was before the changes in the system. Back when you combined stars from your previous leves to enhance the new one. You used to get much more gil then. Not sure if the 100k is even futher back in time

Kiyo Ecei (Figaro) has earned a total of 100,000 gil from a single levequest.

So yes, it is a single levequest and yes it is possible somehow.

It might be just like it always was...exchanging factions.

The dude probably had only factions (golden border) and company (mythril border) leves in history and did the evaluation and it happened to pick another faction leve to boost (which is possible).

do 8 faction leve's and do the history w/e feature they added in 1.19 and heard there is a leve you can get that rewards 100k. There was JP SS of it, but can't find it >< people were talking if that was fake or real and wasn't solved.

If its showing up on their lodestone achievement history its probably real. I don't have enough faction points to try to do this right now, maybe after I finish getting all the mining marks for achievements I'll be closer to attempt to do this achievement.

Was going to respond in the other thread, but it was locked.

I have been testing a theory I had after looking at some of the data on Pro.

I've gotten super close, currently I'm being offered a leve with 98,000 for a reward via evaluation.

To try and replicate what I did, you need at least 500 + points in each faction.

These are the main 5 leves you need.

A Weighty Problem
Heat of the Moment
Wanted: Toadsquatter Femomo
Operation: Scar and Defeather
Golden Opportunity

You can solo all of these fairly easy, I did as a 44 CNJ so I could get a bit of xp as a bonus. The only one that could get ugly is Golden Opportunity. Camp Riversmeet now has agro mobs that are 50-60ish, so watch out and be careful.

After doing all of those, my offer was 70,000 ish from evaluation, so I added one more faction.

After that, I was getting the 98,000ish for my evaluation.

Edit: Responses after this made me realize I was silly and that the speed reward at the end would likely have put me over 100k at this step. You probably don't need to do anything else but accept the leve and complete it. With any luck the final reward will be over 100,000.

Out of curiosity, did you go for a speed completion? that could have put you over the top in gil reward if not, as speed adds bonus gil.

Interesting info Raidou, thanks a bunch. I think Duuude might be on to something in regards to getting the other 2k gil from speed completion. I'd love to put this to the test but regretably I'll need to save up some faction points.
