Not an issue SE has already shown they can transform actions. All they would have to do is use GA and RA to single out what that spell set does. So Fire 1-4, Thundara 1-3, Blizzaga 1-4 -> Thunder 1-4, Blizzara 1-3, Firaga 1-4 -> Blizzard 1-4, Fira 1-3, Thundaga 1-4.
