I don't think he's complaining that people have things to do and miss\close the queue. He's complaining about how the tool handles things. This queue system is hands-down the worst I've ever seen in any mmo, ever. It's interesting to me that they manage to do level syncing yet can't figure out how to set up the tool to allow us to queue for multiple jobs at once. You can't have your chocobo out while waiting for a duty, either. I could write out a list probably ten to fifteen items long with all my grievances regarding this duty finder tool.

What I find most annoying is how the system is handling situation when one person withdraws. Let's say I queue for CT. I mark all 3 raids (as everybody else). Queue for LoA pops up (6 tanks, 6 healers, 12 dps). 23 people confirm, one withdraw. It is canceled and system dismantles whole raid and places every person to different raid. Why for the love of god those 23 people are not placed again in the same raid and just find one other guy??? Same way you replace members when you are already inside! This way every single time you have to find new combination of 24 people. But you already had full raid and you can only replace ONE GUY?! This is for me hands down the MOST ANNOYING thing.

Because one dps not accepting might cause a whole group to drop out of DF. If you're queuing with friends and you're afk or stucked in loading screen, they have to queue manually again.
So one withdraw and you might have to search for 8 ppl again, while also (i suppose) the game might reorganize.
E.G. it's possible to allocate 12 of the 16 left players to five different queues to fill them up,.
Leaving 4 players waiting for fill up or to be distributed to a fuller queue.

So less waiting for 120 ppl, while four sad ones have to wait longer.
I don't say that it works this way, just showing that the system can be more complixated than expected.
