oh god don't speak to me about drop rates from The weeping city
for 3 weeks now all I see is fencing, healing and maiming hit the floor and I'm doing my nuts at the monitor wondering how this is RNG
I'm guessing its a weighted RNG not pure RNG so some items have more chance of dropping than others
and yes we need to go to a token system for the 24 man raids specially when more jobs are going to be added in 4.0

I really feel like this is a case of the inmates trying to run the asylum.... I don't think SE would be wise to listen to feedback that essentially equals to "let me get all the rewards for doing content as little as humanly possible."
That's not feedback. That is just being lazy.

It is just RNG being RNG.
I see people whine that they never see tank gear drop but that is most of what I see drop, for example



You're luckier than I. I've been trying for the healing pants and chest for my SCH for three weeks, and I haven't seen either one drop yet. In fact, I've seen literally two healing pieces - the shoes once which I won, and the gloves last night which I passed on.



How about this:
If you don't get a gear during a run you can get a token at the end. But taking the token mean that you can't get another gear or token until next weekly reset.
4 tokens give you 1 gear of your choice



No way, it shouldn't take 4 weeks to get one piece of gear from Weeping City.

Token system wouldn't fix the issue on loot lockout sure you get tokens but you'd need 4 for a chest, 4 for legs, 2 for whatever else and there's no accessories it'd just be 1 for belt? I mean we have 21 items that are on each loot list of the 4 bosses, that's 64 items which is insane. The token system just adds more time gating ontop of everyone rolling need on your stuff instead of being a tank and rolling need on that 1 item that you wanted. It'd make 24 mans more unbearable to be honest.
Just either:
A) Remove the loot restriction
B) Have a 1 item loot lockout per boss per class/job
Then there'd be a point to run it every week on the jobs you want.
