Players Who Don't pull their weight.

SE let's just junk the commend system, and make a 1-5* rating system. When you finish a dungeon players rate your progress witch is then averaged by role. Then when starting any content b4 play begins you see everybody's rating and can choose to stay or go without penalty. Q's might take a little longer but, hey at least then we know what we're signing up for.

But....I'm trying to hit 2k Commendations.....I don't like this idea at all.
