401 STOP IT

Why hasn't this site been fixed? I've been trying to transfer a character of mine all night with nothing popping up be the stupid 401 error code. I meet all the checks so I should be able to do it. I can't even add crysta to my account cause that stupid error code pops up. I have funds so it's not on my end as I'm able to buy things on it. It's seriously just this stupid site's coding or whatever. PLEASE for the life of me does anyone have a fix or know what this is?

I had this problem recently. Apparently it can lock you out if you try to much and some told me that if the server you are trying to move to currently isn't accepting characters that can cause it.

Try giving them a call.. sucked being on hold, but they were able to take care of it quickly, for me at least.

I should add that I had been trying to transfer for 4 days straight and both servers were open for creation most of the time I tried.

Lol ya... they gave me the run around in email saying it was servers full. They really should update that error to give more information on what exactly is happening.

This is the answer, and the worst thing is that when you retry and fail, it resets the 24 hour timer, and if I remember correctly, it extends to 2 and then 4 day blocks. And there isn't much Customer services can do to lift the block early.

Is there a way to make a buy a transfer from somewhere else other than the mogstation?

Alimida got there first. Glad it worked,when SE messed up my card transaction I ended up buying crysta via Paypalto maintain my sub untilthe card processing got fixed.
