    Duty Finder system improvements

There's always been something feeling "off" about how this game manages matchmaking. Replacing members and the 30m penalty in particular. Ideally, I think it would be nice to see the following implemented. There are probably reasons why (memory limitations, resources, etc... yeah I know...). Just throwing this out there for people to think about.

    1. While in an instance, allow players (whoever might be leader) to view and invite people on their friendlists and/or FC so they can quickly replace someone who dc'ed/dropped/kicked.

    2. Implement a group-only universal voip system. Yeah, people use 3rd party apps that are probably more robust with features, but a simple group voice chat in-game would go a long way with cross-platform groups. Especially with the now real possibility of bringing in the Xbox One community.

    3. Remove the 30m drop penalty - but only if #1 and #2 exists. Then people dropping in and out wouldn't be such a big deal.

This would be really nice. People try doing it now, just asking a friend to queue for an in-progress run of whichever dungeon they're in, but there's no way to ensure theirs is the group their friend will join with if there are other groups in the same dungeon with the same in-progress role open. That's enough of a rarity that it usually works, but some way to ensure it, so their friend can specifically join their group as opposed to any other in the same situation, would be a lot cleaner.

This would be nice if it's possible. (Though being cross-platform would likely make it very difficult to implement. And it still wouldn't be universal as not all players will have it. Although consoles support microphones and headsets, many —likely most— console players as well as some PC players don't have one.)

I don't want the penalty removed. I saw enough of what it was like before the penalty was added. People (mainly tanks since they didn't have to wait in queue to get there) would just join and drop repeatedly and continuously until roulette gave them their favorite dungeon rather than queuing for that one on its own. If you were trying to complete one of the less popular dungeons, you could get a stream of people just popping in and out (or sometimes, the same person repeatedly dropping in and out) before you finally got someone who would actually run it with you. (I was actually in favor of a different penalty: that you only get to use a roulette with its bonus intact once per day. If you leave, fine, but your roulette bonus for the day is gone, since you failed to complete its objective: to run whichever dungeon you were needed in at the time.)

While I like your other two suggestions, I don't see that they would do anything to negate the situation the penalty was supposed to take care of.
