Aspected DoTs (DoTs that do initial damage on apply like Aero and Miasma) are subject to caster accuracy requirements if you are doing extreme primal or end-game raid content like Alex Savage. For example, Nidhogg Extreme is very close to A6S accuracy requirements for everything to hit.

Dungeons and casual content have much lower requirements that as long as you meet minimum ivl, everything should hit.

Basically if you are going to end-game raid as a Scholar: ACC>Crit becomes overwhelming the best stats to stack.

Gotcha! Seems almost a shame that mobs have to be made hard to hit in order to increase their difficulty, especially when things like EX instances and raids make up very little of the game's total content. It is what it is I guess, and I will keep this in mind if I ever decide to run said content.

Sorry I was Forum banned for 10 days so I couldn't reply to anything.

But to expand on this. For level 60 content anything above ilvl 160 will require extra accuracy for healers to hit.

At a rate of 10.8 points of accuracy for 1% it is much better gain than Secondaries which are in the area of 70-80.

Except they nerfed the evasion at one point. When Antitower was in expert. Which makes it funny cause I'll miss in the dungeons right before that but never those or the ones after.
