Nightmare Drop Rate Buff?

If WAR can solo most of the ARR Extremes in 3.x, then any Job can solo farm for it in 4.x. Hell, once 4.x hits I'm expecting WAR, if it's still somehow OP in 4.0, to solo HW extremes.

Just gotta know when to stop dps to avoid over-pushing the add phases.

Got my Nightmare randomly during an Ifrit Ex. A couple of FC mates and I were running it for some last minute Wonder Tales and it decided to drop. I'd never seen it before and haven't seen it since. I wouldn't be upset if they upped the drop rates, I know a couple of FC mates of mine have been after it for a long time.

What is the link between the % of drop rate of an item in the game and the place in a tournament between players that are chose by rng?
On one side you just have a rare loot, on the other side you have a rigged competition.

I don't want the tournament to be delivered on a golden plate, i want it to give every player a fair chance to win, which is not the case in a tournament with the exchange rule because this rule can decide the winner without playing.
So before wanting to discredit me because I have a thread speaking about luck, read it at least. thanks.

As far as I know the nightmare drop rate hasn't been buffed at all and if I remember right, it's a 3% drop. Too bad I see nightmare drop more often than the birds. I want to call shenanigans ._.
