Nightmare Drop Rate Buff?

Dev team - pony drop rate has been increased, but Nightmare hasn't yet (unless I missed something). It's hard to get a committed group for a Nightmare run, considering the time commitment it takes (my Nightmare runs consist of 3 members, WAR/Heal/DPS, so the rarity of 3 whistles is ultra low).

We're almost-ish to 4.0 and most people are spending their time pulling their hair out farming for birds. I'd love the pony for completion. Having a low drop rate is fine to keep people running content, but this low is reminiscent of atma grinding pre-nerf.

Well, more like atma grinding pre-nerf if we all had to roll on the atma when it finally dropped. Now that would be a nightmare.

It'd be worth bragging rights during 2.0 when the primals didn't have the unsyched option. Now it's just worth completion. It's more like, "how many 3-minute runs of Garuda EX did you have to do to get your Nightmare"?

Speaking of the Nightmare mount (and all the primal ponies), please give them the ability to fly. Nightmare is my favorite mount, but I can hardly ever use him because most of my open world time is spent in Heavensward zones.

It's still worth it's weight now, as it continues to be somewhat rare to see.
Sure the fights themselves are nothing to scoff at, but winning the RNG lotto is still something.
That should be treasured, not destroyed.

I wish they would fly too. I understand why Kirin took priority due to the completion requirement, but I can't help but look at it and think its jaw is broken and its mouth is permanently open, drooling.

Working as intended. It is fine. The drops of the other ponies have changed considerably. I talk of experience. Im a "casual" player. Ive only started to play this game this last december/january and this week i got Kirin!!! Did everything with party finder(except one that i had help from a guild). Dame Enbarr took forever... Bloody Rng but i got it. It is good to have things that are rare and take some sort of time and effort. Keep it as is. It is fine.

Yeah. I swear at one point in the past, they said they were working on allowing all of them to fly, but Kirin would be first.

Because all of the horses (Nightmare included) are magical horses, I don't even feel they need to add wings like they did with Kirin. They could simply make them fly similarly to what they did with Fenrir.

Is the rate not buffed? A few months back when I got my nightmare, we were pony farming on Garuda and Nightmare dropped 3 times. We were farming for maybe 45 minutes.
