I am starting a Warrior and I was looking for a update guide if possible, and wondering at 60 how much SkS should i have, what should i meld on my gear, should i get the relic or go for 210 weapon at that start, should i get 200 gear, void ark gear, or something and any pro tips would be helpful.

I would point you towards Xenosys Vex on youtube. Some people like him others hate him, but most are doing things at least somewhat similarly to what he promotes. Not a terrible place to start.

At 60 you want to be able to use 9 GCDs while under the effects of Berserk. Sks needed to achieve this will vary based on latency, but i think in general its around 590-610. Someone will correct me if im wrong on that im sure. (to test just use Beserk a see how many times you can Heavy Swing a dummy before your pacified)

Melds: SkS (until you hit 9 GCDs), STR (on all accessories), Crit > Det on your left side gear. Use crit when you can, det when you cant.

Atm there is a lot of ways to gear up a new tank. I would say use all the methods to get gear faster and worry about which pieces are better/worse once you have a full set of 220+.

The Sks thing depends on a lot of stuff. I was at ~550 and had no problems, but decided to get it up to 598 just to be safe.

Enough skill speed to get 9 hits within your berserk rotation or possibly 10 if you can manage it. Crit or det on left side, strength on right side. Get the highest ilevel weapon you can currently get. Should get eso gear starting off and upgrade into Lore, using void ark and the new weeping city as a means to get the upgrade item to 240, or hunts.

Learn what cool downs give you stacks. Pairing up cool downs. Raid awareness.
