Disbanded Group 2 Looking for DRG or MNK

Disbanded FC group 2 (Also known as Latency Heroes) are looking for a Melee DPS (DRG Preferable) to replace long standing members leaving the game for RL commitments for A8 Savage progression.

Our Story:

Our Group came from FEAR FC and was 'rebuilt' during March 2015 and aside from a couple of replacements, we have stuck together for over 15 months (Our healers even longer.) All of our members have cleared everything that the game has to offer with the exception of a couple of SCoB savage turns and take pride in how we play our jobs.

As a group we have cleared T10-13, T6 and T9s (il130), and A1-7s

You are not required to join the FC if you wish to raid with us however you are more than welcome to if you want to do so.

What we're looking for.

The ideal applicant must fit the following criteria:

1: Must be punctual. You accept that you can meet our schedule requirements (See below) and must arrive on time for raid with food and potions ready. We understand that real life issues may occur and ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make a raid.
2: Must know your job and put out good DPS. We're not expecting you to be challenging for top DPS on FFLOGS, but we expect a satisfactory level of DPS and for the applicant to use food and potions to achieve this.
3: Must have access to Teamspeak, Dropbox and Viber. You must have a working mic and be willing to communicate in English. We keep a schedule on a excel spreadsheet to minimise confusion and also report absences, and use viber to communicate outside of game. A PC player is ideal but we may consider PS4 players with a proven raid history.
4: Don't be a dick. Attitude is everything, you must be able to take and give constructive feedback and not take it as an attack on your person.
5: Have fun. Our goal as a group is to clear content as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining a fun and enjoyable raid environment.
6: Cleared a7s. However if you feel you can learn fast and catch up to the rest of the group, feel free to send an app

Schedule:

We ask that you are available Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 7:30-10:30 Server time (GMT) These are our minimum times and we will look to raid as much as possible for new patches or if we are close to a kill.

Loot:

You may lot need on loot for your main job. If you share loot with someone else (DRG + MNK slaying etc)we ask that you consider sharing it evenly.

You may also choose another job as your subjob. So if loot drops and a persons main job already has it, you may lot on it.
