Did they change the Leve chest spawn rate?

I actually had this same thought the other day. After super-low amber drops yesterday, I remembered that emergency patch that we got earlier (this week?). I was like, "oh no, they saw the boards on how people were farming the amber" and hit it with the nerf bat. I had a decent farm last week, but now, no go.

You might be right.
After 3.3 came out, I told my mates who don't use allowances to get those shiny ambers for fast completion of the ilvl240 Relic stage.
Out of 6 people I know, + reports from others via reddit and other forum, spawn rate was somwhere between 15 to 25%.

Now, it's somewhere near 10%.
SE went rogue on this change...

But since we don't have any official info... this is only speculation.

I managed 14 in 99 leves yesterday. I didn't get my first one until the 20th leve but after that it was a little better.

I never spend those too! O_O

Just to add to the sample size here I got 9 out of 50 leves. Thankfully it's enough to finish my relic.
