They also need an idlepose that isn't just cycling through static poses. In blade and soul for example, if you stand around for a while your character starts to look around and do random things. We need something like that to stop looking like statues.

So add something that people standing around would do. Like scratching, adjusting, a cough/sneeze, etc, and put these in a /dynamicpose setting (the statue mode might still be useful if people don't want these random motions).
