Legendary Node +1 and +2 bonuses broken with collectability active

I think it's because the bonuses are only active at incredibly high levels. I seem to recall that the one on the Aurum Regis node requires over 790 Gathering to activate.

I think it's just the +2 folklore gathering attempts that requires 790 gathering, the +1 folklore gathering attempt has a lower requirement.
