I guess I'll reiterate my above point.

Attack =/= spamable action outside of fights and possibly in town.

I'm sorry I thought you were commenting on something that isn't possible, not some subjective action you just don't like.
So we're all in agreeance that the jumping shown, based on current character athleticism as seen in current abilities, is possible.. Good to know.

The fact of the matter is, why, if it's possible within a fight, holding a weapon, is it not possible outside of a fight, even with repeated use? Because you "don't want to have to look at people jump more than one time in a row because it's slightly annoying to you" is not an answer.
