I watch videos and the way other peoples' cameras/characters move around seems a lot more organic than what I do.

This is because the people making those videos are practiced players who have taken the time they needed to get comfortable with the control setup they have. In all likelihood, youve watched videos of people who control the game in different ways and you never knew the difference.
