Issues with the expansion

So I am just coming back from a break and just bought the expansion. I am playing on my ps4. so I got the product key, entered it into the ps store, and it was accepted..........and I can longer enter it in. But when I goto my game the expansion is not loaded. I tried restarting, entereing in the key again (says the key has been used already, since I entered it in previously) and now I am stuff.

has anyone had this issue and how do fix it?

There is a way to fix it. It happened to me when the expansion was first released. I don't remember how I fixed it though. Just google it. That's what I did.
