I've also been committed to tanking things in weird places simply because... I accidentally got there because I'm new and didn't want anyone to think it was a mistake. Don't argue with your tank, I meant to do this.

Jokes on you, I use Ifrit in PuGs :P Have been blamed for knockback though with ifrit out(I tend to leave those parties asap)

In 8 man content if the other healer is lazy and does nothing but press cure every so often, I never help them heal themselves if they need it when they get hit by aoes and such. If they die, fine by me, not like they were actually helping anyways.

I judge people based on their greeting in a dungeon and decide on who gets my commend usually FAR before the end of the run. I kinda go with the buddy role gets the commends (Tank-Heal / DPS-DPS) otherwise if the DPS are friendly and all I get from a tank is silence or "o/", nope. Even a normal "Hi" will do but give me something! If I am tanking and I see the healer is doing nothing, goofing around or really anything than actively healing me (when I need it, not spamming cure when I am at 99%) or attacking, no commend either.

As tank at the beginning I do a middle pull to see the healers and dd's capabilities.

If it's too easy, I do the big pulls but if the group struggles, I keep it at itzy bitsy pulling.

Also the one living up the mood and contributing the most will get my commendation.

Doesn't matter, which role, the player who made the best effort, gets it.

On the other hand, I don't give any commendation if the others were average or worse.

A commendation is for worthwhile contribution and if there isn't anything worthy, no one gets it from me at all.

Worst thing I did was fulling asleep over and over again so my dps sucked hard. Always have a can of monster people, see that durty all the way through lol.

Once I ACTUALLY fell asleep during Snowcloak...when I woke up I had been rightfully kicked from the dungeon. I felt pretty bad but as DPS I'm sure they found a replacement quick.

Let the monk refusing to break chains off me/help break them in the vault die and left him dead, rolled need on aiming stuff in a dungeon against someone who was wearing level 37 rings (this was a heavensward dungeon) I had previously passed on something (a ring) for them only to find out they felt their 37 rings were fine and only rolled for seals so I proceeded to roll need on everything.

I yelled in 3 Roleplayers whom thought it was fun to come in to a df and continue with their stupid story. After I Told them the cruel reality of this is not being a single player game, they started to play decent enough.

One Anti-tower run, paired with a brd who never sang foe (or any song) despite me asking politely, or use minuet, and a healer that never did any dps, standing motionless most of the time.

Petty, but after the first few trash packs, I decided I would put in as much effort, and become Bliz3 spam ice mage. Run took ages.
on last boss, after the 5th dollhouse, the healer finally spoke up with "this is taking longer than usual"
