So, basically, you'd be happy to, assuming that I'm just not dodging anything:

    a) give me a free ride (eso and all) by leaving me dead on every pull
    b) Screw over the rest of your party by making the run last longer since I'm not going to be able to contribute
    c) Refrain from using anything remotely AOE healy (which on some mechanics will cause a wipe) since I assume "not an ounce of healing" includes making sure I'm not getting hit with stray Medicas?

I don't understand your logic - if you're not doing anything, you're not willing to DPS yourself in downtime and no-one's taking damage, why would I not want to get hit with a couple of AOEs to allow me to maximize my own DPS? I'd rather you contribute instead, thanks.

On topic - I confess to also:

    - DPSing on a healer (shock horror)
    - Going into Sword Oath mid pull when the healer is literally jumping around and doing nothing, while I'm taking no damage
    - Tanking entire bosses in Sword Oath
    - Running away from tanks after pulling hate on a DPS, usually toward the healer to drive home the point that the tank needs to do something about it
    - Using Death Flare to pull a new set of mobs because I'm not waiting for a tank when I have seconds left on Dreadwyrm Trance and no way am I wasting it

My runs with bad players can sometimes get pretty interesting

I've let people die on purpose in dungeons/raids/trials. They kept eating aoes so I decided they're not worth my MP. I realize it's messed up but if I ask you nicely to dodge things and you don't then you're gonna die.

It's one thing if they constantly face pull, or charge through a dungeon, but another if you see a little sprout by their names, and you do this. To be perfectly honest, it took me about a year and half to have a good reaction time to enemy aoes. I would be careful how you go about this.

EXACTLY. IMO if you don't have enough time for the entire dungeon, you shouldn't be queing it in the first place. You should be ready to go until the very last second.

Let's see if I can glean some useful information out of this wall of rambling.

"Blah blah expected answer. Blah blah personal attack on attitude, age (I'm 32 btw), and intellegence. Blah blah hypocritical statement" There, condensed that for you.
It's one thing to call someone else out on their ability to adapt when you clearly aren't willing to do so yourself. If you are unable or unwilling to fully utilitize your skilset as a healer, you honestly have no business playing one.

Crysten said it best above so I'll just quote them:

So in the end, one shouldn't cast stones when they live in glass houses.

Oh God no if it's a babby sproutling I'm much more lenient. But if you're a person that's 60 in like every class and you're not dodging? You get to die. I will raise the person though cause I'm not that much of a jerk.

In almost every level 60 dungeon I won't move from AoEs if I am being lazy. As long as I know it won't kill me.
The dungeons are so easy and require almost no healing at all, so getting hit by an AoE gives me a reason to stop DPS and use Tetragrammaton.

I don't think anyone really cares because the one who has to heal me is me.
