Aether Current quest reward bugged in Churning Mists

Complete all quests for the Aether Currents in The Churning Mists.

Only 4 Aether Currents are recognised in game (confirmed I have completed all quests with GM support) but all relevant quests are listed complete in quest log.

I completed two before taking a break from the game around 12 months ago, so that may be related. I completed the others yesterday.

In patch 3.1, one of the aether currents rewarded from a sidequest in the Churning Mists was changed from "The Unceasing Gardener" to the quest "Hide Your Moogles".

It's possible that you've completed "Hide Your Moogles" before 3.1, and the aether current can't be rewarded retroactively. You'll have to see if you've completed "The Unceasing Gardener" yet. (Given by the Manic Moogle at 12,23 on the map)

I still have "The Unceasing Gardner" available. Should I complete that and see what happens?
