Buying small plot ANYWHERE for my FC!

Title says it all. I personally don't really want a house, but my FC mates want one very very badly, so I'm trying to purchase one.

Sadly, I've been broadcasting for the past couple weeks in game, and the only two bites I've had were two guys wanting astronomical prices upwards of 40 million gil. I get that you want to be reimbursed for the plot, but come on. I will gladly pay 2-5 times what the land is worth depending on location, but 10-12 times the price is ludicrous.

Isn't there anyone who can help me here? I just want my friends to be happy. Feel free to contact me in game if you have any information.

It's against the ToS to buy/sell houses so my advice is check the ward lists regularly and you might get lucky and see a free plot.

This is incorrect. Yoshi P said it's against the ToS to sell them for extreme prices, selling them at a fair value is allowed.

I've yet to hear anyone on balmung say people are selling them at reasonable prices on that server ^^;

If ever the server doesn't matter for you but the house really does, you could always consider moving your FC to one of the smaller servers. We have tons of houses left ^^

Thank you for the offer, and I'd gladly consider it an option. But all my friends and FC mates are role players, so I'm afraid I'm stuck on Balmung.
