Suggestion: Glamour Book

So I'm pretty sure I've seen this suggestion somewhere before but I don't if there was response from the devs or not.

The idea is pretty straightforward. Have a book/log, kind of like the way Orchestrion rolls are, to store gear/jewelry for glamour purposes only. Once you've committed the item to the Glamour Book it can't be used, sold etc.

The purpose of this, of course is to free up inventory and retainer space. I remember reading that the devs didn't want to increase inventory space because of the amount of character data the server would have to deal with. This would solve the issue quite conveniently.

Of course the Glamour Book would have a number limit as well, but I don't think that's too big a problem. If you run out of space, you could have the option to "delete" a glamour and it would be lost.

Anyway, I'd like to here what others think of this.

PLEASE IM SO TIRED OF HAVING RETAINERS FULL OF DIFFERENT PIECES OF ARMOR FOR ME TO USE AS GLAMÓÚR . Some way to free up inventory and retainer space would be great because it's oh so limited

No, I would rather you could pull the item out of the glamour chest and put something else in.

As much as people want this, they've said they would want to rather increase inventory limits. Which they are doing in 4.0 supposedly.

Because the sell extra retainers on Mog Station to increase your inventory

The big question is, will this increased inventory be included/unlocked with the expansion or will it be a mogstation purchase like the additional retainers? Let's not get our hopes up.
