I'm going to wait for a house.

I've decided to save up enough for an L size this time so I have a better chance of getting something the next time more housing is added, even if it's in 6 months, a year, or 2 years.

I already have a house so it won't be applicable to me but if I did not have one I would buy an apartment and make it the style of machinist/sky pirate cross themed and would be set up like a cross between hideout and living space. Size wise I think will be bigger than FC room and somewhere in between total floor space of FC room and small house.

InB4 the apartments are all taken in 20mins on Balmung.

SE said is they are trying to make it so that everyone can have one if can afford to buy it so there won't be a supply/demand issue in theory unlike the current issue surrounding housing within the ward system. Think along the lines of a bigger and better version of the mog homes from FFXI which was open to all having their own.
