You know what would be kind of neat? If there was a big foyer at the bottom of the building that everyone could access their condo from. The foyer would have a receptionist, a market board, and a retainer bell. I can see this being more lively than the actual wards considering how many people don't have any houses yet.

I'm honestly hoping it'll be like this. And I'm also hoping one day we can put a training dummy indoors because if so I'm totally turning my room into a dojo

The Devs said the apartments would satisfy the demand for housing for now. I'm sure they wouldn't go and lie about something like this again. Right? If it's like FC rooms then there shouldn't be issues.

Ya I believe they said somewhere that Personal House is Unlimited in Supply due to being Instanced like Inn rooms thus they can afford providing a unlimted supply of Personal Apartments.

They may have a limit on how many a character can buy so I am guessing this Unlimted supply comes with a restriction of one Personal Apartment per character.

Balmung has a lot of Role Players. Many with 2-8 alts even. Even non RPers will have some alts they'll want to get a room with. And don't forget, you'll have those people who own an apartment and an FC room as well as maybe even a house.

If there's no restrictions on how to get an apartment, and they're reasonably affordable. They will not last
