Need Healer Macro Help

I think the topic has got a bit derailed by the Stoneskin bit.

OP - here's a couple of useful macros I use as a whm.

1 - The macro to rule them all:

/micon Raise
/ac Swiftcast <me>
/wait 2
/ac Raise <t>
/p Raising <t>

Speaks for itself, swiftcast + Res, you also let the party know what's going on.

2. - Useful when taking on a couple of mobs:

/micon Repose
/ac Swiftcast <me>
/wait 2
/ac Repose <t>
/p Sleeping <t>

Similar to the first one, it Swiftcasts + Sleep, and again lets the party know what's happening.

Maybe not so important ones:

3. - I use this when I'm focused on the tank/other group member or a mob

/micon Regen
/ac Regen <me>

It just throws a healing dot on yourself without having to switch targets.
You can also use a similar macro for Esuna in place of Regen

4. - and one I sometimes use:

/micon Virus
/ac Virus <tt>
/ac "Eye for an Eye" <t>

Firstly it puts Virus on my target's target. So if you're on the tank it will go to the tank's target, then it puts Eye for an Eye on the tank.

As a note, I put the wait as 2 in my macros. I tried with 1, but occasionally they wouldn't work correctly owing to lag etc.

Also you'll see that a single name skill does not need " " around it. But you do need these if the ability has more than one word.
For example:
Medica
"Medica II"
