shipping address not valid for FFXIV and Amazon.com® Summer DLC Campaign?

the item I ordered qualifies for the campaign but they didn't send me the code siting the shipping address doesn't meet the criteria. the item was shipped to california.
I didn't read anything about such restriction on the campaign restriction, any idea?

Only restriction is the code is only good on NA accounts and you have you make a purchase from Amazon.com.

I would contact Amazon customer service and find out what is wrong.

I pre-ordered FFXV Deluxe Edition and didn't received my code instantly so I contacted Amazon through e-mail and the representative that replayed me stand with the same shit even when my shipping address was for Miami, FL and my FFXIV was a NA one...
So I contacted them through their live chat and they gave me a dlc code right away!
You should try that too and I hope you getting your code that although stuff that comes with that promotion is crap the fatty white chocobo mount worths it ^^
