Serpent Chocobo Issuance not for sell

I just joined Twin adder GC and I'm doing "My little chocobo" mission, but the HQ Npc doesn't have the Serpent chocobo issuance for sale D:

Yes, I did that. But He is selling the "Storm chocobo issuance" for 200 seals (Btw I can´t buy this when I click on it) instead of the Serpent chocobo issuance.

Are you actually at the HQ for the Order of the Twin Adder though, the Adder's Nest? The fact you said that the Chocobo Issuance is labelled Storm Issuance despite being a member of the Order of the Twin Adder suggests that you might be at the wrong place, namely Maelstrom Command in Limsa Lominsa.

Sadly you can only purchase Grand Company items from the HQ of the Grand Company you are assigned to (in other words you can't just go to another GC and get items from there). So head to Gridania and try the Adder's Nest in New Gridania (it's near the aetheryte plaza).
